As your Director on the San Bernardino Valley Municipal Water District Board, I am committed to protecting taxpayer dollars, strengthening our region’s water reliability, and making responsible investments in the infrastructure our communities depend on.
With more than 17 years of professional experience in the water industry, I understand both the financial and operational challenges involved in securing a reliable water future for our region.

DELIVERING RESULTS
Nearly 64% Property Tax Reduction
As your Director, I supported—and made the motion to approve—a historic reduction in the San Bernardino Valley Municipal Water District property tax rate.
The rate was reduced from $0.11 to $0.04 per $100 of assessed value, leaving nearly $60 million in the hands of taxpayers this year while the District continues planning and investing in the infrastructure necessary to secure our region’s water future.
Responsible financial management should produce real results for the people we serve.

Protecting Taxpayer Dollars
Every public dollar should be managed responsibly. I will continue advocating for transparency, accountability, sound financial planning, and decisions that provide long-term value to taxpayers.
Strengthening Water Reliability
Our communities need a reliable water supply today and for generations to come. I support long-term planning, water storage, groundwater sustainability, conservation, and regional partnerships that strengthen our water future.
Investing in Critical Infrastructure
Reliable water requires reliable infrastructure. I support responsible investments in projects that improve water availability, storage, recharge, and delivery while pursuing grants and alternative funding whenever possible to reduce costs to taxpayers.
Planning for Future Generations
As a father and water professional, I understand that the decisions we make today will affect our children for decades. Our responsibility is to leave the next generation with a reliable, resilient, and financially sustainable water system.
EXPERIENCE THAT MATTERS
Water policy is complex. It requires understanding infrastructure, long-term planning, public finance, rates, budgets, investments, and the responsibility that comes with managing taxpayer dollars.
For more than 15 years, I have built my career in California’s water industry. My professional experience includes financial planning, budgeting, accounting, investments, infrastructure financing, water rates, debt management, and public agency administration.
I bring that experience to every decision I make as your Division 1 Director.

Our region is growing, and the decisions we make today about water supply, infrastructure, and financial stewardship will shape our communities for generations.
